Community Engagement
The Center for Community Engagement (CCE) is the administrative home for the College’s community engagement activities that integrate educational experiences with community service, student development, and civic participation. The CCE houses the Community Engaged Learning (CEL) Institute and Bonner Institute.
What we do
Our staff are committed to community engagement by educating students while simultaneously addressing community-identified needs through the following programs and initiatives.
Bonner Institute
The Bonner Community Scholars Program, Bonner Volunteers, and the NJ Bonner AmeriCorps Program all operate under the Bonner Institute.
CEL Institute
The CEL Institute manages the First Year CEL Experience, CEL and Advanced CEL, Community Engagement, Research and Evaluation.
Get Involved
Students, faculty, staff, and community partners are encouraged to connect with the CCE to discover ways to get involved with the Center.
