We are pleased and excited to share with you all the Strategic Plan for TCNJ’s Center for Community Engaged Learning and Research for 2016-2021. This document is the product of over six months of meetings, conversations, feedback, and revisions involving more than 200 individuals from TCNJ and the community. The plan is available here, and background documentation and information is available.
Our strategic planning process was intentionally designed to embody the values enumerated in the plan—collaboration, full participation, engaged learning, social change—and we believe the final product reflects that. We thank all participants in the process—TCNJ students, Bonner Community Scholars, community partners, faculty members, staff members, TCNJ administrators, Bonner Foundation staff, and the many others who provided insight formally and informally—who gave their time to ensure the CELR Center continues its meaningful and transformative work.
This document represents the dedication of many people to the vision and possibility present in the CELR Center and its work. We look forward to continuing to work with you all to make this plan a reality in the coming months and years.
