TCNJ Campus Garden
I decided to participate in the Bonner Community Scholars program because it offered me the opportunity to navigate my college journey with a community of public servant scholars who are passionate about growing and creating change. Moreover, it offered me a scholarship to support me in my college expenses which allows me to be fully involved in my community development service.
My favorite TCNJ/Bonner memory is from our hurricane relief service trip to New Orleans, Louisiana. This was very memorable for me because it showcased the power that we, as a collective program, have! It also gave me so many memories of trying new food, meeting new people, and engaging in intentional service and discussions.
This program will help you develop holistically as a civic, community, and scholar student. It is a great opportunity to uplift and spread joy and happiness unto communities that need it the most. All while it gives you the opportunity to grow your network and meet future world leaders (including yourself).
