Why Bonner?

I joined the Bonner program because I wanted to combine my passion for community service with meaningful learning experiences. Bonner’s dedication to service, social justice, and leadership development strongly resonated with me, as I sought an opportunity where I could make an impact while growing personally and professionally. The program’s supportive environment and focus on lifelong service made it the perfect fit.

Favorite TCNJ Bonner Memory

One of my favorite Bonner memories includes the First-Year Philly Trip and NOLA! I was able to experience amazing bonding moments with my cohort and truly immerse myself in the rich culture each city has. It was an unforgettable experience that deepened my connection with both the Bonner community and the broader world.

Advice for Prospective Bonners

For prospective Bonner students, I’d say come with an open mind and a readiness to challenge yourself. Bonner is an incredible journey, but it’s one that asks you to step out of your comfort zone and embrace growth. Be ready to collaborate, to learn from others, and to reflect deeply on the experiences you encounter. The more you give, the more you’ll gain—so jump in wholeheartedly and be prepared to make a difference!
