Why Bonner?

The opportunity to directly serve the community who got me to this point means the world to me. Without my support system in Trenton I wouldn’t had made it to TCNJ, and ultimately Bonner. Helping others is my passion and what I love to do.

Favorite TCNJ Bonner Memory

My favorite Bonner memory is during our Bonner Orientation when we had the talent show. We coordinated a dance to “The Circle of Life” from the Lion King where I was lifted up in the air.

Advice for Prospective Bonners

My advice for the next cohort of Bonner’s to remind yourself of the things it took you to get to this point. The first few weeks are going to be hard, and you may feel imposter syndrome. But trust me you DESERVE to be here and you BELONG. Remind yourself that every time you doubt your abilities. Also, make sure to take time for yourself and have fun!
